Responsible for processing new business investment and annuity applications from start to completion. Monitor submissions for timely and accurate completion. Interact with home office to resolve any account discrepancies. Execute permissible client requests such as disbursements and account changes. Prepare client specific reports and proposals for annual reviews and client meetings.

Responsible for providing trauma informed support to residents and their children and assist in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and supportive community environment. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: welcoming new residents, providing tours of the shelter, assist residents in getting settled in their rooms and assist with the immediate needs of newresidents,staff the welcome center, offer support, space to relax and an opportunity to talk to residents, provide residents with informal support through listening, sharing, and identifying options.

Oversees appointment setting and schedules. Responsible for processing deposits and transactions as well as providing timely responses to client questions and concerns. Assist financial advisor in deepening client relationships while preparing for appointments and scheduling systematic contact activities.

Responsible for answering in­bound calls regarding Variable Annuity products and processing financial transactions as well as handle other processing requirements, customer inquiries and customer complaints.
