Hello!👋🏾 My name is Arielle. I’m an event coordinator and project management professional that is passionate about bringing visions to life. With over 12+ years of experience, I’ve cultivated a client-centric and detail-oriented mindset that has led to many successful projects.I’ve spent the last few years in event coordination and accomplishing some of the following:🌎 Coordinated 3-4 biannual international retreats ranging between 200-300+ attendees and a biannual global partners’ conference with 800+ attendees.📱Built and managed multiple project registration websites as well as collaborated in developing a supporting app to increase sustainability efforts by going paperless.📚 Developed processes proactively to improve registration for complex projects through self-education of the management software.I live and breathe by the concept that showing up as our best and supporting each other as a team is truly the only way to succeed with any project. If one of us is failing, then we’re all failing. I believe it is essential to be able to pitch in and support my team wherever they may need it. I also believe in the importance of bringing peaceful and calming energy to a team. There will always be something that doesn’t go quite to plan and being able to adapt and pivot is an important skill set that I have developed in my career, especially during the 2020 pandemic. 👀 Something that I have held onto since my onboarding at Disney is that our clients are our guests and that we as cast members are on stage at any time we are in their presence and it is our responsibility to ensure that our guests should never know that backstage may be in chaos. I like to keep this and other lessons learned from working in hospitality not only for my clients and stakeholders but also for my colleagues. Team members can count on me to be their calm in the midst of a storm and get us back on track.As a strategic planner and coordinator, I thrive on new challenges. Curiosity is a major motivator in my life and has led me to learn a lot. You can often find me taking a new course on a variety of topics like cooking, decor, languages (currently Spanish 🥘), e-commerce, app, and web design, and much more. Having lived abroad as a child I have a love for traveling 🧳.
