For example, increased virtual programming drove viewership on our YouTube channel from 200,000 views/year in 2019 to over one million views/year in 2021. • Developed best practices for program planning, video production, and partner contracts.• Provided science communication opportunities and training for US and international early career and underrepresented scientists.• Conducted program copy-writing, data analysis, events calendars, graphic design, video editing and production, ticketing and registration.
