Our real estate team purchases the specific home each resident chooses and the home is leased starting with a one year, standard, renewable lease. Each lease comes with the right to purchase and a 3 year option to extend the lease. So clients may just lease and/or may make a later decision to purchase. We also have resources available to assist those who decide to purchase. This process allows even those who cannot purchase right now or may not want to purchase now, to get into their new home with the right to purchase it at any time during their lease.
