Sandbox Oy is part of Sandbox Group among with Sisäilmalähetti Oy and Alme Solutions. Sandbox Oy is mainly importing products and providing administrative and personnel services to the other companies in the Group. Working at Sandbox Oy my tasks include office and stock management, customer service and invoicing.Through the Group I am also assisting Sisäilmalähetti Oy by handling sales orders, taking care of invoicing, providing customer support and supporting an amazing team of coordinators located around Finland.I'm also working with Elfair Oy by handling orders, providing customer support and maintaining stock for ilmanhaltija.fi web store.

As a part of working for Sandbox Group I am providing administrative services for Sisäilmalähetti as well. My main duties include order handling, invoicing, sales support and customer service.

Delivering excellent customer service via phone, chat and email in two different customer projects:- 7/2018 to 11/2018 as a customer service advisor for a client in hospitality.- 12/2018 to 12/2019 as a customer and merchant support advisor for a client in financing.

Carrying out reference checks for new candidates over the phone for roles with the New Zealand census 2018.

As a member of the Written Communications Team I was helping customers over email with their property rates related queries.

During the year I was working e.g. as a furniture removalist in Melbourne, an event staff member in Sydney and a car washer in Darwin.

Key responsibilities:- Owning the physical shipments. Processing the new orders from regional sales team and resellers ensuring that orders have correct details and products, the necessary documentation is available, and keeping up communication with all parties involved. - Giving support for the customers and resellers in the delivery process such as estimated shipping times, customs and clearance processes.- Working closely with outsourced manufacturing facility in order to improve the quality and processes of the manufacturing. Planning of the production schedule.- Participating in further developing and automating of the Delivery process with Business Services Team.- Creating and maintaining good relationships with resellers and internal sales managers and ensuring everyone gets good and fast support related to deliveries- Hosting Customer and Reseller training webinars.

- Running the company's customer service operations in co-operation with Development team.- Receiving customer's and reseller's requests, fixing the issues and reporting back.- Providing training sessions for new customers to help them get started with HappyOrNot service.- Occasional support for Sales team members to help them build customer meeting materials and presentations.- Training new members of the Support team.- Helping Hardware team with physical shipments.

- Furniture and home electronics in-store sales and deliveries to consumer customer's homes.- Other small business duties including but not limites to: stock management (ordering and receiving goods), updating store shelves, setting products for in-store display, assembling furniture for customers before delivery.
