Responsible for product and service development of BOLT (Prepaid and Postpaid) Design and develop requirements and specifications for new product, application, processes and initiatives, or analyses change requests/enhancements in existing applications. Define metrics and KPI to measure the success of a project. Lead teams to design, create, modify, and perform test scenarios. Perform in-depth opportunity/competitive analysis: Acquisition, Usage, and Retention. Keep customer experience first, while developing ways to bolster Customer. Creating product brief and distribute it to Sales, Customer Care, and other internals. Keep good coordination with technical team such as PMO, Planning, and Operation; and non technical team such as Customer Care, Sales, Logistic and Inventory, Marketing, and also Finance. Contribute ideas and recommendations toward product, process and system improvement.

 Product Development for Prepaid Services related to IN service Conceptualize, Product definition, Product plan and roadmap Product management: preparation, implementation, test, launch, lifecycle Exploring IN features then combining them to new product and services. Product documentation: FAQ, User Guide, product and service definition and configuration

 Create white paper document based on management requirements. Create project timeline of agreed requirements. Create test scenario items. Ensure product development inline with project timeline. Create work around solutions with other departments when issues occurred in development process. Hand out product knowledge to Customer Care, Call Center, Sales, etc. Managing products and programs performance.

- Call Center system development basic feature, i.e. IVR n call flow.- Call Center system development enhancement feature, i.e. TeleSales and WFM (Work Force Management).
