• Working in Global Security Operation Center Team, which supports the entire Security infrastructure.• Working across multiple firewall technologies such as Palo alto,Fortigate, Cisco ASA and Juniper SSG• Good knowledge in analyzing packet level data, Malware analysis, proxy and firewall logs.• Second level Troubleshooting for all network related issues.• Configuring and Troubleshooting of Cisco routers and switches• Analyzing new requests and implementing necessary configuration change in the network device.• Follow incident and change management process.• As a part of product migration from Office scan to Apex one• Monitor AlienVault security analytic Dashboard to keep track of real time security events and health of SIEM devices• pool management with F5 load balance.• Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments.• Conduct the daily/weekly status meetings with team.• Dial in remotely to Branch Systems to monitor network performance• Centralized management of Anti-Virus software. • Plans network layouts and configures systems to user environments.• Analyzes network topologies and traffic and capacity requirements.• Work with Regional Team members to fill information gaps and communicate for technical solutions.• Provide network infrastructure strategy to meet Exchange house’s business and regulatory expectations.• Proactively plan for long term and medium term needs of network infrastructure Considering new, upgrades of old and retirement of applicable devices.• Develop and maintain network related IT policies and procedures• Administration and configuration of all network equipment including: routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, load balancers, VPN concentrators and Network Access Controller (NAC).• Network monitoring for bandwidth analysis / device & links availability/ performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure performance and scalability of network.• Maintaining the up to date configuration backup of all network, network security and systems.• Preparing and Maintaining Network documents including network diagrams, cabling inventory, device inventory.• Tracking and maintaining End of Life/End of Support status of all network/ network security and systems.• Performing periodic security Patch upgrade/OS upgrade and maintaining the OS/Patch inventory for all network devices and systems.• Reviewing firewall / IPS rules and policies, fine-tuning the rules to restrict the access to specific requirement and maintaining business justification against comprehensive list of firewall rules.• Monitoring, tracking and performing the necessary actions on all requests and incidents in ticketing system.• Participates in network on-call support.• Travel as needed to support Organization network engineering planning, implementation, or issue resolution.• Handle VPN connection between various offices and locations.• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues reported through Service Desk Ticketing system.
