Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The process involves several key components, including conducting induction sessions, distributing offer letters, and managing essential documentation. It also encompasses overseeing background verification and preparing appointment letters. Additionally, we are responsible for handling Key Result Areas (KRA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), facilitating the appraisal process with the issuance of relevant letters, and managing all aspects of onboarding through to exit formalities.
