• Responsible for all social projects • Gather information about the project from project leader and organize site visit• Carry out SE study on field in villages (Interview, Public Consultation, Observation) • Gathering secondary data about the project by literature review, census, etc and prepare report • Prepare CSR plan as per the condition of the area and requirement • Plan initial meeting with client and collection of required data for the project & completion of application for environmental clearance • Preparation of presentation and attend presentation at state/central authority • Organizing Environmental Impact Assessment study with coordinating all experts and client • Attend final presentation before state/central authority for the approval • Play role as team leader, team member and support to team members, member for tender committee in organization Approved Functional Area Expert for Social Environmental Impact Assessment by QCI/NABET.

• To execute the project plan in consultation with Project In-charge & NGO Management team. • Development of short term and long term planning for the project • Develop and maintain relations with stack holders • Monitoring of psychosocial deprived group, their health and referral status to de-addiction center and rehabilitation • Counselling to IDU and specially to initial stage user, their family members, their peer group, awareness and training to IDUs on risks joined in injected drugs • Regular monitoring work done by project team and enhance their capacity by training • Responsible to handle external visits and organizing different camps with help of community
