My journey, as an information technology support specialist, started in 1995 by meeting the first computer in my life with MS-DOS when I was a child. I can describe it as the first milestone of my journey. After a short while, I started to use Windows 95. The second milestone is the internet’s arrival in my life in 1998. It definitely changed everything and 3 years later I started to use my very first coding language in 2001. Learning different coding languages was the third milestone. I can define it as a very long journey however those 3 milestones affected me a lot and shaped my attitude towards the IT field in a positive way. Spending more than 2 decades in IT field taught me lots of stuff in many aspects including experiences related to hardware, software, network, programming, customer support and so on. I have represented the title of IT Support Specialist in some different fields related to information and communication technologies. Since I am also a professional musician, I have worked in the music industry in different levels and fields: such as building websites and SEO, using different coding languages, music related software management, audio editing and mastering, video editing and finalizing, graphical design, photo editing and HDR, managing professional social media accounts. I have worked with education related software because I am also an educational professional. Even, I had run a field study for a year about Computer-assisted Language Learning (CALL) which included both software part and hardware part of the educational technologies. It has still been used as an educational source at some universities. I have actively directed nine different Erasmus+ projects which are related to the technology integration to the traditional systems used by different European countries. I always see that working as a Senior Project Coordinator helped my progress so much by adding collaborative skills to my work life. I have been working as an IT Support Specialist at Ministry of National Education of Turkey, with AzureDesk ticketing system, including tasks: Programmer, Network installation, Software manager, Customer service, Technical support, Software optimization, Hardware diagnostics, Hardware maintenance, Web designer, Video encoder, Video producer, Staff trainer, Photo editor, Security expert. I love everything related to technology. It is a passion for me and I can't stop myself discovering, experiencing, learning and applying innovations. 2 plus 2 doesn’t always make 4 in technology and there is always something new to learn in IT.
