Responsible for logistics, operation and planning for local production of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars (C-Class, S-Class & GLC-Class)• Coordinates and expedite flow of materials and parts between department and section in production pipeline• Manage and arrange parts delivery from Local Suppliers and Vendors• Purchase and procure parts from Germany and ensure parts arrive according to production and shipping schedules to minimize downtime• Collaborate with Production Planner to create and plan sequence for production• Examine material delivered to production department to verify conformance to specifications• Perform trend analysis report to monitor performance of parts delivery• Responsible for Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization in Assembly LinePerson in-charge for Rework Station• Purchase equipment, tools and materials for rework and carry out inventory control• Oversee team of specialist for rework activity• Ensure rework process follow standard operating procedure (SOP) and specifications • Enforce safety and health regulations in work area
