Current1. Manage and troubleshoot terminal servers and broker farms, addressing issues with user sessions, roaming profiles, home folders, software installations, and printer configurations. Oversee server roles, including AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, and file servers.2. Administer vCenter, including VM provisioning, migration, decommissioning, storage optimization, routine monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure seamless virtual infrastructure operations.3. Perform regular server maintenance, including monthly patching, bi-annual updates for critical servers, server cleanup, and conducting Disaster Recovery (DR) testing to enhance system reliability and business continuity.4. Manage and maintain server hosts by performing updates, upgrades, health checks, IP configuration, and ILO settings. Coordinate with vendors such as HPE, Dell, and Huawei for advanced troubleshooting and hardware support.5. Configure and maintain file servers, including department folders, roaming profiles, and home folders, ensuring proper access and functionality for users and departments.
