• Responsible for procurement and inventory management with a view to optimize Net Working Capital• Improve profitability through different savings projects and ensuring optimum capacity utilization• Lead Production Planning department responsible for generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels through effective use of ERP (SAP)• Arrange monthly S&OP meetings with region wise sales team (Central America, Europe, Asia & Africa), and transform the S&OP sessions into more analytical and focused to take the ownership of the coming months' planning• Taking care of full order fulfilment process in SAP while keeping a close eye on ETD’s of shipments; running analyses on SAP to ensure smooth supply and demand situation; working on forecasts; planning on bookings to satisfy upcoming demands• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, central as well as international environmental, health and safety regulations

• Responsible from order confirmation till shipment handover to warehouse for products drawing monthly revenue worth US $1 million• Manage a workplace certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 and 11B PPE Directive• Manage and coordinate production operations to ensure compliance within the established production schedules, standard costs, and specification and quality standards• Set up the departmental objectives as part of the continual improvement and align teams’ responsibilities accordingly• Undertake continuous improvement and process development initiatives to reduce process complexity and manufacturing costs• Continual evaluation of product specifications and costs on a regular basis, including labour and overhead, and make / implement recommendations to achieve improvements• Ensure quality standards are met through testing products as necessary, identifying root cause for any defects and implementing action plans to remove manufacturing deficiencies• Customer centric focus including on-time-delivery, personal involvement in any quality issues• Continually challenge the organization to review waste, reduce costs and improve productivity• Ensure safety programs are followed and maintained by reviewing routine and spot-check reports, taking corrective action of any deficiencies to eliminate safety hazards• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to schedule time for preventative maintenance and cross training of operators; ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment by filling out maintenance requests; evaluate new equipment and techniques• Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to resolve personnel problems; investigate issues; identify solutions; recommend actions• Mentor and motivate staff; provide training and development to optimize personnel performance and personal growth• Liaise with Sales Team to communicate effectively the capacities, order positions and lead time for each product lines

• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives• Participate in pricing the product• Handle objections/complaints by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators• Update job knowledge by participating in related exhibitions, maintaining personal networks
