Eren Perakende is the licensee of Nautica with production and retail rights in the region.• Sourcing new suppliers in all product areas (jersey, knitwear, woven tops and bottoms, accessories, etc.) both internationally and domestically.• Maintaining Nautica audit and compliance guidelines for all suppliers• Execute price negotiations and placing orders• Execute production monitoring through CPS management starting from the yarn/fabric booking to garment delivery.• Attending product fit meetings on a weekly basis• Maintaining KPIs (price, quality, delivery) in line with the seasonal targets• Supplier relationship management involving capacity and performance measurement

• Demand management of 320 products involving 82 countries • Supply chain factory capacity planning (short, mid and long term), regular meetings with factory leading team to align S&OP process• Supplier&procurement management of 200 mil. TL from 200 domestic&importsuppliers with 4.500 SKUs• Supplier strategy and selection process, performance management(quantity&date) and integration concepts (portal, EDI, etc.)• Transportation management covering 4 modes (vessel, train, truck, air)• Warehouse management with all activities of inbound, materials storage, handling&preparation and outbound operations • Production line feeding and efficiency activities involving milkrun, kanban, etc. • Managing department KPIs mainly; service level to customer, stocks coverages(raw, semi-finished, end product), supply chain operation expenditure of 8 mil. TL (transportation, customs, taxes, etc.)• Customer service spare part delivery management• Managing department investment and overhead budget• Main projects covered: Factory capacity increase, Warehouse movement project, SAP/APO implementation factory process owner

• Responsible for the team of 7 white&1blue collars covering all related activities of material management (ordering, transportation&customs,inventory optimization, bottleneck and project management) of the factory • Procurement activities of 180 mil. TL/year, stock value of 25 mil. TL, 185 import&domestic suppliers, 3500 SKUs • Maintaining supply chain parameters (lead time, lot size, MOQ, transportation prerequisites, safety stocks, etc.) up to date • Decreased stock level by 43% in 3 years • Increased domestic supplier performances by 23% in 3 years • Decreased operational supply chain costs by 15% • Responsible for demand oriented production principle in the BSH production sytem (pull principle activities, milkrun&kanban implementation,customer tact management, production smoothing&levelling,material supply scorecard implementation, warehouse strategy&efficiency set-up)• Supplier performance management&integration (EDI, supplier portal, etc.)• Project leadership with close cooperation with corporate purchasing, central warehouse management• Logistics tendering&import/export activities, customs operations follow up • Customer service spare part deliveries• Main projects covered: Import materials stock optimization(lead 6 factories), Supplier lead time reduction, External milkrun enlargement, Warehouse VSM/VSD, TPM Supply Chain&Admin Pillar, Restructuring logistics tender purchasing contract

• Responsible for the material supply from 40 suppliers covering 600 SKUs • Order management&follow up via EDI, portal • Maintaining the stock coverages are in line with the personal targets • Managing bottlenecks regarding suppliers, forwarders, technical reasons • Main projects covered:Stock reduction (financial saving of 500 T.TL), supplier EDI&portal set-up, VSM/VSD at suppliers • Process responsible in charge of business process reengineering• SAP MM&PP user

• Order management with the commercial team in the UK • Sourcing suppliers and placing the orders as doing the price and delivery negotiations• Supply capacity planning• Factory production planning and scheduling• Ensure that the goods are delivered on time and of good quality according to customer expectations• Materials Resource Planning (work in line with Purchasing, Marketing, Production and Logistics Departments) • Project member of ERP implementation project

• Department reporting of virtual production management team• Act as main contact between production and planning team, problem troubleshooting• Coordination of the production quality team at suppliers
