Responsibilities - For Accounts: Maintain accounts with Accounting Software (Tally ERP-9). Checked & Input account-related all vouchers & journals to the ERP system Follow up on banking transactions and prepare all transactions for Bank Reconciliation. Calculating & analyzing landed cost (LC item) to cost minimization. Preparation of daily production, consumption, and stock report. Effective cost management & conduct inventory, ensuring material consumption as per… Show more Responsibilities - For Accounts: Maintain accounts with Accounting Software (Tally ERP-9). Checked & Input account-related all vouchers & journals to the ERP system Follow up on banking transactions and prepare all transactions for Bank Reconciliation. Calculating & analyzing landed cost (LC item) to cost minimization. Preparation of daily production, consumption, and stock report. Effective cost management & conduct inventory, ensuring material consumption as per standard. Report on the costing of each product (batch & process-wise) and Contribution Margin (CM) & Profitability analysis of Finished Goods To identify the variance between post-costing and pre-costing of every product. To calculate the Export Cost of all products (like FOB, CNF & CIF cost) Preparing & maintaining budget & budgetary control like cost, inventory & production budget (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly) Prepare and Interpret Financial Reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) Look over & coordinate between the Sales Admin, MIS & Accounts Department. Reporting analyzing Statements required by the Management from time to time.Responsibilities: For VAT Accounts: Prepare VAT Chalan (Musak-6.3, 6.4, 6.5 & 6.6) as per the invoice and make a proper entry in Purchase Register and Sales Register (Musak-6.1 & Musuk-6.2). Preparation and submission of Monthly VAT Return (Musak-9.1) Preparation of Input-Output Coefficient (Mushak-4.3) Preparation of Monthly and yearly statements on VAT activities. Keep liaison and compliance with the requirement of VAT Circle, Division & Commissionerate Office and ensure proper VAT compliance within the factory.
