• Keeping records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in manual and in software (tally) on a regular basis• Making bank reconcile, bank payment and receipt vouchers, journal vouchers recording accurately in books of accounts on time• Maintenance of petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger and different registers related to Finance & Accounts• Preparation of requisition slips, work order and bill.• Dealing with Bank and other Financial Institution related affairs• Reconciling the accounts payable, journal summaries and accounts receivable on a regular basis• Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.• Making appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation• Assisting inventory & procurement related tasks• Carry-out any other responsibility as assigned by management
