An M&E practitioner dedicated 15 years to the planning, designing, and implementing results-based monitoring systems, centralized and decentralized evaluation methods, outcome harvesting and impact monitoring processes, value for money (VfM) frameworks, etc. for projects, programs, and organizational settings (e.g. country office, multi-country office, hub, regional, etc.) in the UN Agencies, and INGOs.
