CurrentPORTFOLIO: SDG 7-Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG 13- Climate Action:- FCDO funded the Sierra Leone Rural Renewable Energy Project (RREP), one of the largest projects of its kind in Africa.- World Bank funded Electrification through mini-grids and stand-alone systems.SDG 6- Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 3- Good Health and Well-being:- Government of Japan (GoJ) funded Urgency Support for Reducing Waterborne Diseases in Freetown.SDG 16- Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, SDG 9- Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure:The European Union (EU) funded projects- "IT and Physical Infrastructure Support to Civil Registration in Sierra Leone" and "Meeting Critical Infrastructure and Technology Needs in the Parliament of Sierra Leone"RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:- As the Team Leader of the M&E Work Package, lead the design and roll-out of Theory of Changes (ToC), Result Frameworks, Logframes, M&E plans, Outcome Monitoring, Impact Evaluation, and Value for Money (VFM) frameworks for projects, and programs.- Ensure that all the targets of the projects and programs are aligned with the SDG indicators and country-specific UN cooperation frameworks (e.g. UNSDCF, UNDAF, etc.).- Create systems and data collection and analysis tools to capture , and report the country results and contribution towards SDGs, and other Strategic Objectives and platforms (e.g., UNINFO, UNCT, etc.).- Lead the design and implementation of outcome monitoring and reporting processes (e.g. most significant change stories, best practices, etc.).- Lead to design, implement, and manage multi-year evaluation studies to evaluate the long-term impacts of the programs. - Ensure that all the M&E results are in place for the evidence-based decision-making processes, resource allocations, new business acquisitions, policy development, objective settings, etc.- Ensuring the visualization and dissemination of outcome and impact results through Dashboards, ARC GIS platforms, fact sheets, etc.
