PORTFOLIO: UN Level 3 US$ 200m Humanitarian Emergency Response Programme “Strengthening Humanitarian Preparedness and Response (SHPR)” which provided fund management and M&E support to 52 projects implemented by 22 organizations (UN agencies and INGO) in line with Rohingya Response, Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response for the concurrent natural disasters.RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:- Led in designing and managing SHPR M&E, Learning, and VFM frameworks with standard indicators and KPIs for the assigned projects. - Prepared and rolled out data collection methods and tools. Also, ensured data analysis using appropriate tools and turned data into results.- Undertook periodic data quality assessments to monitor the consistency of grantees’ results and updates. PORTFOLIO: The USAID-funded project "Organizational Capacity Development (OCD)", provided capacity-building support to the Local Government Engineering Department, the largest infrastructure development department in Bangladesh, and other INGOs in the areas like Project Management (PM), Risk Management (RM), Financial Management, Internal Audit, and Procurement.RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:- Designed and rolled out Theory of Change (ToC), M&E Framework, Outcome Monitoring, and Impact Evaluation methods and processes for the projects under the program.- Led in developing methods and M&E tools for capturing and reporting the results (UNCT, Donor, etc.). PORTFOLIO: USAID funded the mSTAR program to oversee and provide technical assistance support to the USAID Bangladesh projects from Health, Agriculture, WASH, and Nutrition portfolios.RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:- Led in the development and management of mSTAR monitoring, evaluation, and reporting system, and generated data for program performance and outcome analysis and results reporting.- Led the Pre-Award Test (PAT) process, reviewed and approved grantee result frameworks, performance indicators, logframes, and evaluation plans.- Reviewed and verified grantee milestone deliverables through monitoring visits and spot-checks following USAID Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) and Feed the Future (FtF) guidelines.- Coordinated the impact evaluations, and other periodic reviews and ensured the implementation of the evaluations and assessments.- Prepared and managed mSTAR Communication and Visibility strategy.
