But most importantly, we need to collaborate well to take the opportunity in our way and grow better together.Currently, I am working as an Environmental officer in Karnaphulli shoes Industries (Garments) & my responsibilities are: • Identifying environmental impacts or hazards related to all operations and procedures and taking immediate action against such occurrences.• Arranging training for employees to share knowledge about the impact on the Environment, safety, health, and waste & chemical management to ensure they perform according to the legal legislation• Conducting internal audits and making CAP and continuous follow-up• Responsible for Environment & social related documentation and facing audits such as ISO 14001: 2015 EMS, ISO 45001: 2018 OH&S, Higg FEM, IEEM, WRAP, etc• Involve in various projects such as Solar panel implementation CO2 Reduction, Rainwater harvesting, etc.• Monthly Data collection of Water, Energy sources, Chemical usage, Wastewater generation, Manhour, Production, and sales in order to input them into EmeReT and eKPI.
