Finding out the trainer/SME internally and based on the requirements need to implement the trainings/sessions.- Create offering IDs (internal) and grant credits of learning hours to my associates, trainer, taking feedback from the associates and pass it to the trainer/SME.- Gather requirements from the stakeholders (Delivery Head, Delivery Partner, Segment Head) and plan accordingly.- Arrange operation calls with the leaders, Resource Management Group in terms of closing RGS IDs. Fulfill the requirements internally for the business is the main focus.- Arrange in-person trainings, session, townhall for my Unit.- Arrange the external trainings if required. - Give sessions on different subject which align to my unit activities.In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities managing Recruitment process (end to end).- Keeping track on the requirements from the Resource Team and based on the data need to filter out the niche skills candidates.- Find out the panel members (TR+MR) and arrange the evaluation process for the external / internal candidates.- Be in the evaluation call as an HR panel member. - Presence as an HR more than 300+ interviews. Sending offer letter post negotiation and onboard the candidate as per the requirements from corporate team.As a person I am very much optimistic, self motivated, positive, tech savvy.
