Promoted to Process Associate to Process Developer on September 2016Job responsibility as Process Developer:- My responsibility in Accounts Payable Query Resolution Team; Analyzing Duplicate & MRBR Report Exception Reporting Analysis (Analysis of overdue posted documents and getting it resolved for payment). Invalid Employee Number and updating (Updating the correct employee number to create proper workflow). Approve Non PO invoice documents and Orphan Documents Auditing Invoice documents of IP team & Invoice document number reversal and Clearing Preparing month end Deck data & Month end consolidate report of Exception documents and Duplicate documents which are shared with client. Updating SOPs as per requirements Provide trainings to new joiners and also provide cross trainings to other users

Work ExperienceGENPACT  Started working in Genpact as Process Associate in PO management team where my main activities were PR to PO Approval, Shopping Cart Approval, Create Purchase orders, Goods Receipts Transaction & PO Amendments.  I worked also in EEM team where my main responsibility was Segregation of deductible and non-deductible expenses of paid expenses, and I was also cross trained in Auditing employee’s expense reports.
