Recruiting Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for report creation for department metrics, client segmentation, data analysis, opportunity qualification, and requisition prioritization including monthly metric and dashboard reporting.Providing management with weekly, and monthly reporting on progress towards recruiting quarterly goals. Documenting all account activity and new requisition data, including detailed intake notes and any other information gained from the internal team. Responsible for daily upkeep of internal data.Partnering with recruiting team to provide information and drive actions needed to maximize placements at assigned accounts.Auditing existing processes and ensuring account activity compliance. Update documentation as necessary.Tracking status of new hire paperwork processing, ensuring timely completion by conducting follow up calls.Scheduling and monitoring of all background and drug screen checks for new hires.Compiling, writing, and editing on company website and external job boards.Managing fully executed Employee Agreements into internal HRIS system (InfinityHR), as well as managing employment offer documentation, customer specific employment requirements, and benefit administration. Additionally, responsible for data entry and for maintaining accurate information within an HRIS System.Ensuring that all personnel files and records are in order and contains all necessary paperwork to guarantee compliance with all state and federal regulations.Responsible for taking on special Human Resources projects, or recruiting projects on an as needed basis.
