Disputes Analyst- Research credit card disputes and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants and customers propriety software- Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes- Serve customers by resolving product and service problems- Monitor assigned accounts ensuring the success of the dispute case and do follow up to customers or merchants if needed for resolution- Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activityFraud Analyst- Monitor constantly customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts, accurately document all actions taken on a case- Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account takeover, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks- Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses- Interact with banks and customers to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorization- Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns- Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreementsCustomer Success- Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email, responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued- Enter new and existing customer information into system, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing irate customers, as needed- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, identify and escalate priority issues and follow up to ensure resolution- Resolve customers' billing requests such as processing payments, explaining the bill,making adjustments as necessary and breaking down the computation if needed
