Role: Dually supporting the role of a Quality Lead and Contact Center Supervisor. Geography: IndiaKey Deliverables Ensuring Implementation of QMS for the organization and high levels of Six Sigma Effectiveness.  Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management team Identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective SDL’s and process Head and facilitating launch of projects. Leading high impact 6 sigma and Lean projects. Mentoring GB’s and other newly trained quality analyst. Reviewing and ensuring rigor in all 6 sigma & Lean projects.
