Let me share some my experiences and exposure with you in Real Estate Sector i.e. Residential Group Housing, Plots, Floors, Commercial, Retail (Malls & High Streets), IT, Industrial, Townships, etc. I have established two real estate brands i.e. Mapsko Group (Gurgaon & Sonepat) and Orris Infrastructure (Gurgaon). I am the only professional in the country who is also the member of CREDAI body and I have arranged to get the memberships for my previous organizations as a member to the important associations and bodies.I have sold more than 4.75 million sq.ft. of residential properties and 2.5 million sq.ft. of commercial properties.I have leased more than 10 million sq.ft. in residential, commercial, retail, warehousing, etc. I am also honoured by ACRI (ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED REALTORS INDIA) AND REDCOH, HARYANA ALONG WITH NAREDCO for my services in Real Estate Sector. I am also one of the Founder Member to introduce MBA in Real Estate Management from Guru Gobind Singh College, Delhi under Indraprastha University during Shri S Jaipal Reddy as a Union Cabinet Minister, Urban Development in 2005. In Electronics & Appliances sector I have sold more than 10 million products from 1993 to 2001, Best Achievement Award in 1996 - 97 & 1998 - 99.
