 Accountable for risk and control management for all vendor and captive staff of Global Operations in India Manage/participate in the Governance Process for the vendors Responsible for documenting RCSA and overseeing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) Act as single point of liaison for Audit (Internal & External) for the Site Business Line  Responsible for Balance Sheet Controls for Global Operations across geographies including assurance around accuracy of Global Account Sign off’s Managing the Continuity Plan and effective Resilience Testing for the Site Business Line  Responsible for data and information security management for all of APAC Global Operations Strategize and implement thematic reviews around key focus areas like P&L @ Risk, Inter-Company Accounts and Nostros Responsible for periodic quality assurance reviews on Global SOX Controls  Identify specific needs of various stakeholders, develop and deliver training modules to address the issues Ensure that the Site Business Line understands and adheres to the Group Policies including code of conduct, relevant regulatory policies as well as completion of any mandatory training requirements

 Framing, planning and leading annual audit, control and review plans Lead post facto adhoc incident related audits and reviews Lead and conduct vendor reviews and thematic audits Reading and comprehending regulatory requirements followed by gap analysis with existing process. Develop and drive embedding of compliance polices and procedures in sync with regulatory environment in which the business operates Assessing the quality of input received through various channels for compliance related issues

 Establishment of Internal Control and Operational Risk Function in one of the India Service Centers  Conceptualize, build and implement Operational Risk Framework  Strategize towards creation & implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues Focus on new migrations and remigrations to have a better grip on operational risk and conclusively formulate mitigation steps as required Draw-up Internal Control review schedules based on audit risk ratings and/or risk analysis performed  Contingency Desk Identification and Allocation and test plan coordination  Work on pandemic planning and conduct spot checks to ensure site awareness.  Work towards institutionalization of continuity function within the business group  Incident Management and Reporting  Lead education and awareness on controls and resilience for business leads

 Operational Risk Management including monitoring of process performance vis-à-vis laid down procedure Strategize creation and implementation of workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues Draw-up Internal Control review schedules based on audit risk ratings and/or risk analysis performed.  Carry out risk based audits and follow through to implementation  Identify specific needs of various stakeholders in Operations Risk and Continuity management and develop and deliver training modules to address the issues Check on implementation of Anti Money Laundering measures, reports, MIS; work on Suspicious Activity reporting and analysis  Liaison with Department of Banking Supervision (of the RBI) for South I for the Credit Cards business. Responsible for education of businesses on operational risk and controls Define Metrics, standardize and measure process performance Work on quality improvement through process re-engineering to ensure that it acts as a competitive differentiator
