I use various platforms and tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, N4, and CRM, to analyze customers' information, deliver bespoke reports, assist in contract reviews and rate evaluations, conduct in-depth data analysis for negotiation and quoting purposes, and manage procurement processes efficiently.I hold an MSc in Maritime Operations Management from Liverpool John Moores University, where I gained domain expertise in maritime logistics, shipping, port management, and supply chain optimization. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Macedonia, with Erasmus studies at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain.I have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as evidenced by my previous experience as a Customer Receptionist at the National Bank of Greece, where I assisted customers with inquiries, transactions, problem resolution, and cross-selling.
