Primarily responsible in maintaining and sustaining WLP backend machinery specially on wafer dicing (Disco - DFD6341, DFD6340) ang tape and reel ( Maulbauer DS15000,DS20000, DS Eco Variation )process.Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements. • Act as primary contact for equipment performance related questions and concerns.• Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes. Propose a cost-saving initiative that will aid the company in reducing costs

( Wafer Saw\​ Dicing Tool – Laser Groove Machine )o Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters and control on- time delivery of products.o Perform minor tool set-up and machine adjustment.o Take lead role in improvement programso Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is machine, process or material.o Escalate problem(s) encountered to manufacturing supervisor.o Assists other engineers (process, maintenance, IE) during evaluations.o Support other production areas as deemed necessary by manufacturing supervisor.
