Grief at Work is a staff training program for organizations, companies, and teams to learn key skills for recognizing and responding to loss and grief in the workplace. As colleagues, coworkers, and teams, learning how to support each other through difficult aspects of our jobs and in challenging circumstances is a critical step in creating work cultures that are more equitable, inclusive, and resilient.

Ari leads a practice offering workshops, planning processes, and engagement strategies. Ari bring people into conversation and connection around intersections of climate policy, resilience and wellbeing, identity, and grief & loss.Through Inner & Outer Engagement, Ari has trained, coached, and facilitated for leaders across the nation and many organizations rooted in California, including City of West Hollywood, SF MUNI, UCLA, Reimagine, NAVEL LA, LA Regional Collaborative (LARC), Buro Happold, L.A. Choral Lab, and more.

Leading the Inland SoCal Climate Collaborative (ISC3) and directing its strategic planning and organizational growth process. Convening meetings and running committees for climate-focused stakeholders across Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties in Southern California.

Led outreach, engagement, and facilitation for West Hollywood's Climate Action & Adaptation Plan (CAAP) with Pueblo Planning and Buro Happold Engineering. Produced listening sessions and culturally- mindful community workshops around reducing carbon emissions and adopting equitable climate adaptation actions. Analyzed feedback and crafted policy recommendations.

Co-led outreach and engagement for UCLA's Institute of the Environment and Sustainability (IoES) through the California Center for Sustainable Communities (CCSC). Designed and produced dozens of workshops and events for LA County's countywide sustainability plan, convening hundreds of organizations and constituents. Trained facilitators, conducted analysis, assisted grant management, and devised inclusive and equitable strategies.

Managed a team that working to support Downtown Los Angeles through public space activation, policy improvements, transportation alternatives, improved constituency services, increased workforce, and a multitude of public infrastructure projects and public/private partnerships.
