Redesigned the company’s website and created empathetic designs for people with disabilities and different ethnic/ age groups.⦁ Preparing the user empathy maps, user personas and user journey maps. Coaching teammates how to design them and enhancing their problem solving skills. ⦁ Scheduling and hosting the usability and user testings, including 3 visual impaired users, one user with ADHD and users with low english language skills. All of our users shared their positive experience with us and agreed to be kept in the list for future testing.

Planning and categorizing the different types of audits (Website competitor audits, Competitive pricing analysis) and preparing teammates to complete their tasks efficiently to enhance productivity.⦁ Improving AtoZ Virtual's website on Wix by being the first employee to design wireframes and prototypes on Figma. My designs attracted 4 new customers in the first month.⦁ Gathering and organizing training material for the Web Development team (Web Design, Accessibility, Wix, Copywriting, Psychology of design and colors, Project Management tools, etc.) Upskilled 11 new employees in one month.
