I believe that children are all different and therefore require different approaches and time to develop and learn. I enjoy integrating technologies into my teaching to both improve student achievement and streamline teaching, assessment and feedback to further the learning process.I am a co-operative and passionate member of staff who strives to help other staff members in areas that are my strengths, just as I am willing to learn from other staff members' strengths.Currently, my career objective is to develop a strong base of experience in teaching in the classroom as well as leading groups in environments of education.
