Touch of Earth Event Organization is our family business. Coordinate with full event team and distribute their task accordingly.I use to select venues, determine the cost, arranging event services, and monitor client approval. I also arranged for entertainers, photographers, and DJ if client needed it. The main thing was to Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.We also had a different segment where Marriage, get togethers, annual functions was organized, there I had to look after full food section so that client advice is met with.

I looked after front office, greet walk in customers, answering customer questions, offering customer support, guiding and advising customers, keeping the front office clean and representative, following the agendas and scripts. Sometimes need to do follow up with the clients whose fees was outstanding. Advise clients about proper clothing and shoes. Keep Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations,. Maintain fitness equipment.

Worked as associate in Wheelz process, Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money, or adjusting bills over chat .

Worked as supervisor, Maintain register for laborer's duty of work. Train, direct, or supervise other construction inspectors.Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met.Keep records of material or equipment usage or damaged.Learn and follow safety regulations.
