Aritra is a bioscience enthusiast, pursuing MTech in Biomolecular and Bioprocess Engineering in the Department of Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT Delhi. He is extremely passionate about developing a point-of-care diagnostic device that can be useful for the detection of cancer in its earliest stage. He is also fascinated by the impact of immunotherapy and how it can be utilised as an effective remedy to mitigate cancer.Besides academics, he also has a penchant for designing, contemporary and abstract art. He is a certified Graphic Designer and an Illustrator with knowledge in software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Canva. He has worked as the Chief of Design in various organisations and has been responsible for social media post design, logo design, aesthetics, and other creative works. He has also led the design team responsible for the TEDx event at Shoolini University, portraying his leadership and management skills. He also has an interest in web and product design, particularly in the field of UI/UX, and is deeply fascinated in redefining and redesigning STEM education in India.In his leisure time, he loves to sketch and read science fiction/thriller novels. He holds a national-level graduate degree in music and fine arts and is always focused on finding new opportunities which can upskill his knowledge and work.
