We are well capitalized and offer a streamlined, borrower-friendly lending process.

We are the originators of a unique resistance band training system that I developed in the Peace Corps as a way to obtain a full body workout anywhere with minimal resources. Creators of an atmospheric water generation technology that harvests air-water by collecting humidity, filtering it, and then dispensing clean drinking water. • Co-wrote a white paper on water-energy nexus• Developed a 1.0 go-to-market strategy for a 100-gallon atmospheric water generator• Built a cost calculator to quantify time and energy needed to produce air-water

Bull City Forward is a community effort to dramatically increase the creation, scale, and impact of social enterprises in Durham, NC. While there I helped build the community of social entrepreneurs from 30 to 150 in ten months through targeted membership sales. By creating shared value, I helped cultivate the Raleigh-Durham start-up community through making strategic introductions and hosting weekly networking events.Part of my function was to advise BCF entrepreneurs on marketing strategy, social impact metrics, financial modeling and pipeline development. Another facet was to form partnership with local organizations as a way to create shared value through collaboration on economic development initiatives. While at BCF I worked with Duke University and the University of North Carolina to retain students by connecting them to small businesses, as well as the Chamber of Commerce on creating joint membership benefits.

Facilitated weekly Latino Advisory Committee meetings to provide outreach for community of over 26,000. Also organized Town Hall Meetings with Senator Mark Begich and Congressional Candidate Ethan Berkowitz aimed to provide political awareness and enhance public relations.

Designed a marketing platform to combat global warming, fulfilling requirements imposed by a $50,000 EPA grant. Among the marketing efforts, I streamlined the “Alaska Carbon Calculator,” an online resources helping to reduce, reuse, and recycle. I also produced and aired a global warming public service announcements for over 60 radio stations around Alaska and drafted statewide press releases for an emissions reduction petition that was endorsed by 1,700 prominent American scientists.

Advised the board of directors on asset management and consulted on foreign market exploration in the EU and USA for a coffee cooperative that housed 5,000 people, employed 700 workers, and cultivated 1,600 acres of land. Also initiated “Project Tzolok,” a grassroots initiative that led to the construction of a secondary school and vocational center to serve a community of 3,000 by securing foreign funds. Throughout the project, I oversaw a team of engineers and architects from the University of Texas.

Performed mentorship program with sexually exploited at-risk youth on topics that included literacy, self-esteem, social skills. Also consulted on business development initiatives with three public interest groups on the island: 4H, Water-Taxi Association, and the Basketball Association. Most notably, both the Union Island men's basketball team and the Union Island Secondary School boy’s basketball team remained undefeated while I was head coach.
