About Arjan Struik

Engaged and successful project deliverer in international IT and finance industry.I’m an enthusiastic project manager with a long standing track record of:- Software delivery (using agile and traditional development methodologies), - Organizational transformation (of quality assurance and environment management functions),- Implementation of banking solutions (incl. Core, Money Market, Treasury, Credit and Loans functions),- Roll-out of corporate tools and (security) infrastructure, or- Migration of end user services platform. In project delivery, challenges can be hard and expectations high. To strike the right balance I go the extra mile, bring groups together, motivate people and I do this in a creative way. For me it is key to proactively communicate in a appropriate way and language with all my stakeholders across all levels.I like challenges, trying out new ideas, learn fast, work hard, be persuasive, creative, analytical and stay respectful but focussed on achieving results.... and all of this course need to be balanced with spending time and having fun with my dearests !
