AVNed is a leading organisation in the audiovisual selling-, buying- and distribution branche. With great international dealer relationships, like Panasonic, JVC and Metabones we can provide the customer anything that he or she wants. With our AV background we can also provide the service and advise that the customer needs.

In this company I worked my way up to head sales and marketing. My number one task is to expand and maintain the large network that we have. Besides that I keep the marketing behind our company AV Sales and our webshop AV Profshop running and thereby expanding the brand AV Sales. I don't like to sit arround passively but want to show my creativeness and want to be involved in the complete business. Allways looking for new oppurtunities and products to expand our company. Some specialties I picked up at this job are: B2B sales, building and maintaining relationships, marketing, product knowledge and allways thinking in solutions.

I was responsible for bringing back the great loss (stolen property) at the Vroom & Dreesmann Amersfoort. Only in this department of the V&D every year a total amount of 200k is disappearing. Most of the time this is done by employees. My job was to signal those people, writing a plan to bring back our internal losses and reporting the outcomes from it to our headquarters.

At the age of 18 I got promoted from salesman to Assistant Floormanager. My daily tasks now exists of managing a salesteam (5-10 employees) and when the Floormanager was away the entire workfloor (25-30 employees). On top of that I was responsible for succesful seasonfloors like SchoolCampus, Christmas and our biggest event Prijzencircus. In this period I rounded up my MBO4+ education.

As a salesman with Vroom & Dreesmann my daily tasks exists of pure sales to consumers and making the workfloor as commercial as possible. I've gone through several departments, like: menswear, juwelers, office supplies and the household department. This was my first serious job.
