The Global Domain Product Owner is responsible for translating the (global) business line strategy, product objectives and business reference architecture into global workflow/system functionalities and end-to-end processes. He develops, maintains, enhances, and embeds the business strategy at global level and manages local discrepancies with relevant stakeholders and translate this into a strategic and tactical roadmap. Moreover, he acts global Product Owner for the Accounts & Payments DevOps team.

Facilitating management of 6 agile scrum teams and related staff which are working on Rabobank Internet Banking (approx. 50 FTE), which is used by all Retail & SME clients of Rabobank. This includes HR responsibilities, team resources and coaching individuals employees and teams. Together with employees and the management team introducing DevOps into the way of working of the department. IT Project responsibility for incorporating corporate functionality in the Electronic Banking application.

In this role as Sr. Assortimentsmgr at Rabobank Nederland Arjen is responsible for the Special Payments domain of Financial Logistics. The team has direct channels and the development of new innovations and business models for Financial Logistics as key responsibilities. Aside from managing this small team of professionals, directly responsible for the direct delivery channel proposition of Rabobank (Rabo Direct Connect, SWIFT for Corporates and Equens CPS).

In the function of Product Manager Distribution Channels, Arjen is responsible for all direct cash management channels (Rabo Direct Connect, SWIFT for Corporates, Equens CPS) as well as the online channel Rabo Trade Acces. Arjen's role is to optimize the product offering for Rabobank clients channels, which includes both areas of Run the Bank and Change the Bank.

The ICM advisor acts as a specialists within Rabobank on International Cash Management (ICM). Advising both sales and product management, he is primarily involved in sales to corporate clients in the Netherlands and abroad. Moreover, he is involved in product development, performs workshops on the subject and publishes on ICM and working capital in Rabobank papers.

The Consultant Treasury Management is responsible for bringing specialist treasury advice to both corporates and banks. Arjen's main focus lies on the topic of International Cash Management. For the larger part, his assignment is aimed at developing the Rabobank International Cash Management proposition.

Ormit is set up as a partnership of more than 50 leading Dutch companies. During this 2 year management traineeship Arjen has been assigned to several functions within the participant network of Ormit.

The PMM is responsible for implementing new products in the market. Tasks include taking part in dealteams, working on RFP's, performing customer visits/presentaties and provide internal traning and worskhops.

The teamleader of this international orderdesk with 20 persons, is responsible for day-to-day management of the team as well as planning and HR tasks. Since at the time it was growing rapidly, the teamleader also took care of implementing proces standardisation.

The service manager of the department Application Services of ICT Mail, is responsible for implementing standards with the business units. These form the basis for SLA's, reporting as well as calculating production costs.

The project support officer supports the project manager in running the project, as well as interacting with several stakeholders within and outside Rabobank. In this case several bussiness consultancy tasks were also part of the job, in developing a new international cash management solution.

In October 2008 Arjen published an article in the "Maandblad voor Accountancy & Bedrijfseconomie (MAB)", a monthly scientific Dutch magazine. His research thesis assessed whether or not the introduction of the Dutch corporate governance code, code Tabaksblat, has had influence on the height of CEO pay and has lead to a stronger pay for performance sensitivity in the Netherlands.
