If due to any reason the system is unable to start the service then automatically a call (assyst) is logged for support team and a corresponding mail is send to required teams. This monitoring system which is created based on windows services, runs in multithreaded mode and completes its schedule in less than 15 minutes for more than 700 stores. This system helped the support team to reduce the number of calls in the call stack by 50%.
