Fitness Trainer> Delivering a variety of fitness activities including Personal Training, Classes, Inductions, Programs> Interaction with players, ensuring their health and safety> Prescribing safe and effective exercise programs> Provide appropriate and specific exercise programs for each individual player in line with their goals and desires> Maintain constant vigilance in improving customer’s exercise techniques and ability to use fitness equipment or conducting group exercises classes> Planning and implementation of appropriate levels of workload for both short and longterm readiness of players, with attention to historical workload data.> Recording and monitoring of player workloads, ensuring regular and effective reportingand discussion with key personnel (head coach, physiotherapist, technical coaches,players).> Understands how to reduce the risk of injury to players
