Worked as a research assistant at Dalhousie University as a part of Vector Institute of AI, Toronto. Research included reviewing of literature about large language models (LLMs) (including an in-depth understanding of architectures), exploring explainability techniques for LLMs with a focus on clinical data and prediction tasks. Trained LLMs like BERT on the MIMIC III dataset for hopsital outcome predictions on the Vector HPC clusters using slurm.
