Create and grow Intel design center in Bangalore, IndiaLed cross-geo virtual teams to land, staff, and integrate new business units smoothly in Intel India. Grew Intel India from a few dozen employees to a significant design center and the largest non-manufacturing site in the Intel world with approximately 2700 employees. Created innovative Fellow-in-Residence Program for developing the technical pipeline and led a hugely successful staffing program to hire engineers from the USA to permanently staff key technical positions in India. Represented Intel before government, trade, industry, and press groups. Hosted visiting ministers and trade delegations. Promoted Intel 's programs on education and research including World ahead and classmate PC. Also, managed eBG-India software quality group. eBG-India was the first group in Intel to receive CMM Level-3 certification and also Intel Software Quality Award (ISQA) in 2002. Managed a team of fifty plus software professionals responsible for the development and support of Intel's state of the art systems, applications and technologies including SAP and Web.

Drove marketing and evangelizing activities for DataReplication family ( a cross platform family of softwre products to keep hetrogeneous databases in sync in real time automatically ), DataJoiner (a hetrogeneous data access software) and DB2 Spatial Extender offerings (geo spatial data for location aware applications). Conducted execitive briefings and customer training for IBM Business Intelligence, DataWarehousing and OLAP technologies and software products.
