Thanks for visiting my profile !I am on a exciting learning journey in the field of Automobiles past 15 years working across diverse geography and working with the best of talents in the industry .I started by journey as management trainee in TVS Motor company working in challenging project and gradually taking to role of Territory Manager and then taking over the Role of Manager (Dealer Devlopment ) in West Bengal .I had role of restructuring the entire dealer network of West Bengal , where i went to appoint around 8 Main Dealers and 45 Secondary Network which helped TVS to regain volume and market share in West Bengal .I had an opportunity to work with Tata Motors ,a leading global automobile manufacturing company in a role of Territory Manager , Sales for Western Orissa taking care of Car , Utility Vehicles, Nano and Fiat .For 12 years, since 2011, I got opportunity to work with the Domestic business unit of Bajaj Auto Ltd, Being part of world’s favourite Indian team was a very exciting journey and also a privilege, which started off as Area manager ( Sales ) for Chhattisgarh for 3 years and then taking over Area Manager Sales for Karnataka . In Aug 17 , got a larger opportunity within the organization where i was selected as part of internal talent pool to take over as Divisional manager for Delhi and Haryana to manage a Industry Size of 55K of Motorcycle . During the stint , we as a team were able to grow our Volume for the Region from 7K unit to 11k , there by gaining around 5% market share .Post my stint in Delhi , i was assigned the responsibility to take over one of the most critical state of West Bengal where key challenge for the organization was to establish volume and shares in premium end motorcycles .In July '24 , I Got the opportunity to work with Bajaj Probiking Division to Handle Truimph's Business operation for Eastern Circle Triumph's rich heritage and commitment to innovation resonate with my own professional ethos.
