I have been working at the Apple Store in the Highcross, Leicester since March 2013. I am employed as a Specialist. Customers first line of contact in the store. Help consumers with vast product knowledge and how it can help them in their daily lives and utilise iPad, iPhone and Mac in a more efficient way.I am also part of the Visual Merchandising team in the store. We are the first to replace and fix a variety of items such as in-store advertisements, replacement fixture and imaging a variety of devices when new software is released for them. I have also led a vast amount of product launches and installing them the night before the release such as iPad Air 2, Apple Watch and the newest instalment of the iPhone range; the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.As a tenured member of the store, I am also asked for a variety of occasions to help in different locations of the store. Working with the Backstage team when the store is at the peak of the day to ensure that products are scanned correctly and convey a correct amount in the stock room. It can be a very hectic area of the store, as it literally is non-stop. Working with leadership, to work out the most efficient way for the team to operate in the various locations in store is also something help with on a daily basis.

This is a website I started, mainly as a personal goal to introduce great cinema and reflection to the world.I have started a blog showcasing my knowledge in film for audiences to read and reflect on. I watch a new film daily, then review it with my thoughts and feelings on what was good or bad about it. Then I try and summarise if the content is worth watching; hence the name of my website. I was a fully qualified lifeguard, since 2006. Working at Wigston Swimming Pool has enabled me to work with a selection of people from all age groups, dealing with a variety of challenges, and multitasking on a daily basis. Having the opportunity to work for this organisation has enabled to utilise all my skills to my maximum potential be it with colleagues/clients. Over the years, I have been involved with promotional material for the organisation (online & instore).

I worked over the summer in 2011 at this website, as a Photoshop artist. This job involved me working on various images, and editing them to suit the website/clients needs. They also allowed me to create digital short videos, which had the websites logo on it, but in a stylized fashion. In September 2012, I worked for them again and I still do on a part-time basis

Over the summer of 2012 I worked in the United States at the Walt Disney World Company in Florida. As a lifeguard for 3 months, at 6 hotels, across 16 themed swimming pools. This was a fantastic experience, as I was able to see what working in another country was like and working with people from all over the globe. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and taught me a valuable lesson on mixed cultures from across the world.
