I was looking after the complete enrolment of the candidate. This required a lot of conviction and to give out of the box solutions to individual. The role required a lot of research into the market areas by tapping various unconventional marketing tools. I was also responsible for training and development of the batches. Responsibilities and Achievements • Brief the students briefing and counseled for new prospects. • Created new business opportunities in overseas education domain. • Sent an average of 10 students a year and pursued others to join for various courses. • Generating new leads through cold calls • Postings of various courses on relative education-based domains • Assisted in hosting workshops in various schools/colleges for higher education • Assisted in the tie up with 12 universities overseas which was one of the challenging roles of the job

Working with an ITES/BPO consultancy gave me an insight of the general human behavior. • Ensured fulfillment of manpower requirements for the three major clients of the company from job postings to employee induction. • Looked after induction, which included complete documentation for orientation program. • My role was to get the requirements from the clients and give the process brief to my team. • Working alongside the team gave me a better understanding of the client as well as the employee needs with respect to hiring & recruitment cycle.• Worked for clients such as Barclays, Dell & Convergys

• Point of contact for candidates and HR from MNC/IT/ITES. • To coordinate with the Tele calling team regarding process updates & candidate profile short listing & selection. • Update the Tele calling team about client requirements and to guide the team accordingly for further hiring requirements & Interview line ups. • To brief & coach the candidates for various interview rounds including 1 on 1 interview & group discussion. • This was my first job wherein I started as a coordinator and I was handling almost all interviews which the company had on board.
