I also provide training and support to sales teams, monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, manage the budget, and facilitate communication and collaboration between locations.I have a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and I have gained valuable experience in sales, customer relations and administration in the hospitality industry. I have worked with Radisson Blu and CGH Earth Experience Hotels, where I provided administrative support and documentation, liaised and coordinated with customers, handled contracts, and assisted in event planning and service options. I have strong skills in administrative assistance, Microsoft Office, and data analysis, and I am motivated to challenge myself further and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
