Working with SAP T-Codes like ME2L, ME23N, ME21N, CV01N, CV02N, CV03N, FV11, FV12, FV13, MM03, ME1M, MB51, MB523. Aligning all Purchase activities to Purchase Procedure defined.4. Vendor Development for any new Raw Materials, Consumables, Capital Goods, Service, Subcontracting.5. Selection of Suppliers to be incorporated in Approved Supplier List.6. Cost Savings, Increase Efficiency in All Purchase Processes, Reduce Inventory by timely procurement by use of KANBAN system.7. Presentation of MIS Reports to Management in Meetings.8. Procurement of all kinds of requirements based on Purchase Requisition/Purchase Indent as per the standard required with low cost, less time, best quality and at right time.9. Participate in Audits as per the Purchase Procedure defined.10. Interacting with CFT for best outputs.11. Continuously working to increase payment credit days, Change Incoterms to DAP, Avoid Advance Payments.12. Finalising Freight Forwarders and CHA for Importing goods with Duty free EOU clearance and without any Penalty from Customs. Well aware of Duty Calculation, EOU Clearance, SEZ Bond, Ewaybill and Annexure III.13. Always involved in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)14. On Time Payment to Suppliers and maintain good relationship with suppliers.15. Proper Closure of Defective material replacement and deductions.16. Supplier Performance Improvement by monitoring Supplier Quality and Delivery Rating17. Monitoring whether suppliers are adhering to GST Norms. Well aware of GST andStatutory Norms.18. Working Extensively on Vendor Managed Inventory.19. Very well aware of Aircraft Material Standards (AMS), DFAR, NADCAP.

(like brightannealed, electro-polished and coaxial tubes, various kinds of valves, regulators, fittings,purification panels, compressors, chillers, pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressureswitches, heat tracers and cables etc.Ensure suppliers deliver purchased items in a timely manner.Consistently validate price, lead-time and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to ensure accuracy.Complete resolution of Accounts Payable issues.Review and resolve suppliers invoice holds.Price finalization and validation.Coordinating with WH to maintain the minimum inventory and utilize the Backlog materials.Coordinating the movement of materials, across the supply chain.New Vendor Identification, Development & Evaluation at periodic intervals.Experience in complex Logistics Transaction like High Sea Sale, Bill to Ship To, Letter of CreditHandling people and manage issues and find solutions.Strong knowledge of taxation associated with Purchase and Supply Chain
