 Carrying out material and structural (including sub structure) inspections at site as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Preparing Site Observations, Deficiency Notices and NCR’s and Issuing to contractor. Ensuring that all the works at site are carried out as per quality and safety standards. Keeping all the records of work in the form of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports along with the photographs. Ensuring the works carried out by contractor is adhering to the project specifications and local municipality approval. Reviewing shop drawings with reference to IFC drawings and material approval as per project specifications. Attending QA/QC and progress meetings with contractor and client to coordinate the issues and resolve and follow up the same with the contractor.

 Preparing and submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client and consultants as per the contract specifications. Preparing Method Statements for concerned activities and submitting to client and consultants as per the contract specifications. Rising of RFI’s, RIN’s and getting approval by the consultants for the respective works being carried out at site.  Sub Contractors Bill checking. Ensuring all construction activities are happening as per schedule by Micro level supervision. Co-ordination between various sub contractors at site in order to expedite the works in a smooth manner. Submission of material requirement at site. Supervision of quality and safety of work as per the contract specifications and DM standards at site. Execution of works at site includes existing services diversion, laying network for new services, casting of various services manholes and inspection chambers. Erection of Structural steel arch, Precast foundations, HC slabs and wall panels. Installation of GRC panels, EIFS Marble and granite cladding, Water proofing works. All internal finishing works. Snagging and De snagging completely up to handing over.
