An experienced Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the software for logistics space. My focus for the last couple of years has been on transitioning custom software offerings into a SaaS product model. The key objectives of this activity has been building a sustainable framework using micro services that both retain the original value of the solutions while also offering an upgrade path to incorporate new workflows and optimisations. The journey towards this goal has provided me with invaluable insights into the on road logistics domain and a hands on, intense and fruitful collaboration with the various other functional teams in the company. Demand identification, market scoping and cost of service have been the driving factors behind the productization effort. As a senior member of the current product team I have also been fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to guide and shape the next generation of BAs, executive product managers, and BI data analysts.
