basically I'm a quality enginner in jayem automotive p Ltd in Hyderabad plant, and this is one of the TATAMotor prolife Ltd plant.hear production is tata motors long block engine assuming plant(2 cylinder long block and 4 cylinder long block engines)are manufactring processmy role is a engine assuming quality control enginner so we r follow the daily work management process because this methodology sutabul for the process I'm doing process line inspection and inspection reports , engines assembling process planning and maintain the daily reports of production ,and delays and setup changeover and attendance of quality inspectors.implementation of quality standards for improving operations with quality along with cast saving well versed with functional aspects of DWM,DWQ,and 5s,layer audits and skill matrix.monitoring the repair process and cycle time ,implementing the new techniques for quality and cast controlsdaily reviews and analysis of house rejectionsthrough u cross sectional team approaches and voice of internal customer motivating team employees by through team approch in achieving the quality and production goals and targets.
