Serving as the director of this institution that I & my brother found in the year 2013. I lead teachers and staff, set goals, and ensure students meet their learning objectives. Overseeing the school's day-to-day operations, managing a budget, and hiring teachers and other personnel when necessary. I continue to give guidance to the staff and other members of the development team.

Worked as Arts Facilitator and engaged with Creative Movement therapy and Music therapy teams to form innovative ways of teaching aimed at enhancing the performance of behaviorally challenged children.

Actively performed in Outreach programs at government schools to introduce Indian Classical art forms to the children, and create awareness in terms of body mechanics and integrating into the mainstream education.

The Club's objectives include prevention of Drunk Drive cases, and fight against HIV/AIDS. Coordinated and actively participated in walk-athons and awareness initiatives by the club for the larger society.
