• Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.• To follow-up overall inventory management.• Issuing dispatch note as per project request & preparing material for ready to collection.• Insuring FIFO for smooth operation. • Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.• Materials receiving and checking and preparing samples for QC Inspection.• Ensure development and management of materials planning functions, Create item specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management.• Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.• Forward required documentation to corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of item to be procured.• Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis.• Input production data according to purchase order in computerized inventory system.• Participate in physical inventories by counting stocks.• Correspondence with Foreign Suppliers via E-mail, usage of Internet.• International & Local Procurement Process for Raw Materials.• Sourcing of new suppliers & sampling, testing and approval for new development.Assistant Transport In-Charge / Fleet Coordinator• Maintaining ENOC VIP system reports (Requesting New VIP TAG, Cancellation, VIP Change etc.).• Also aware about RTA rules and regulation (e.g. Registration Renewal, Insurance Renewal, Paying Fines, Third Party for Equipment, Road Permits for Heavy Vehicles & Equipment).• Preparing vehicles and equipment monthly reports.• Maintain a database of truck and driver information. • Assist with process improvement.• Monitor fuel levels. • Controlling diesel distribution in all machinery’s and office generators & submitting full report to account department.

• Ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo: Ensuring that all cargo is properly Off Loaded and Stored, and that all loading and unloading activities are carried out in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.• Coordinating vessel traffic: Managing the flow of vessels in and out of the port, and ensuring that vessels are safely and efficiently berthed.• Managing port facilities and infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and repair of port facilities and infrastructure, such as docks, cranes, and other equipment.• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations: Ensuring that all operations and activities at the port are carried out in accordance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.• Managing staff: Responsible for managing and supervising a team of port workers, including dockworkers, crane operators, and other staff.• Communicating with stakeholders: Communicate regularly with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met and to address any concerns or issues that arise.
